    1. Best Dynamics CRM 2001 installation and deployment methodology to adopt
    2. Maintaining the server and optimizing security effectively
    3. Administering, configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM 2011, based on the customer’s actual business requirements
    4. Integrate Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint with CRM to allow the enriching use of document management directly inside the CRM application
